Eliana Rios
Eliana Rios is a water resources professional with nearly a decade of experience in transportation and environmental projects in the DC-Maryland-Virginia area. Her technical expertise includes stormwater management, green infrastructure, hydrology and hydraulics, stream and wetland restoration, scour analysis, flooding studies, drainage, erosion and sediment control, and wet utilities. In addition, Eliana has extensive experience with quality control, value engineering, stakeholder coordination, technical oversight, as well as modeling and design. Eliana holds an MS in Environmental Sciences and Policy form Johns Hopkins University with a focus on climate policy, adaptation, and resilience, and an MS in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech with a focus on hydrology and climate change.
Fun Facts: Eliana is avid hiker and backpacker who does not like peanut butter.
