Flora Tang

Flora Tang is all about efficiency and transparency, and believes clear and effective communication is vital to any organization’s success. At Sherwood, she is responsible for a multitude of tasks including,  talent acquisition, full-cycle on-boarding and off-boarding, relationship management, compliance, career development, and employee engagement. Flora is also well-versed in compensation and benefits, employment law, compliance, etc. As a HR Manager, she interacts with every person in the firm, serving as a link between management and employees, which is one of the reasons she enjoys her job so much.

Fun Facts: Flora enjoys running, hiking, camping, and traveling; recently summiting White Mountain, California’s third highest peak, with fellow colleagues.
