Geilyn Castro
Castro graduated from university in 2012 as a Construction Engineer with work experience in construction estimating. Since 2013 she has been designing civil infrastructure. In 2019, she completed a master’s Degree in Project Management. The bulk of Castro’s work in civil infrastructure design has been in industrial, residential, and commercial projects. The largest project she participated in was an 94,405 m² industrial facility which required 129,736 m³ of earthworks. At Sherwood, Castro is really interested in improving her craft as a designer and learning new innovative design approaches.
Fun Facts: She owns three rescue dogs: Lira, Pelusa and Dogui. She has lived in the same town her entire life; it is a charming town, at least she thinks so! She has been a vegetarian since 2016.
