Nimat Maloney
Nimat studied at Columbia University, where she majored in Civil Engineering with a focus in environmental engineering and water resources. Outside of her coursework, she gained a variety of internship experiences working in fields ranging from water supply and wastewater treatment systems to construction management and large-scale infrastructure design. As a member of Engineers Without Borders, she helps to design, implement, and manage community-based sustainable development projects abroad. Her diverse experiences contributed to her passion for innovative, environmentally sustainable, and socially conscious solutions for the built environment.
Fun Facts: She is an avid traveler and loves to hike and spend time outdoors, and is always looking for the best gluten-free pizza in New York City.
